In our work with clinicians, our aspiration is to weave the perspective of our Mission and Vision statements with our focus on meaning, collegiality, and self-awareness. Our goal is not to gloss over the stresses and challenges. Rather, we aspire to help people see the challenges of our lives in new ways.
